Shipping
We ship from North Carolina in the United States. You place order, the tones drop, and the rest is magic. While you may aim for a 10-minute response time, it takes a couple of days for most packages to ship.
We exclusively ship via the USPS. The further you live from us, the longer it takes for the package to arrive. We don't guarantee delivery dates, though we ask you to call a code, grab the crash cart, and shoot us an email if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within a few days of your order.
International shipping is absurdly expensive for us, and you may have to pay customs duties on imports.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you've got a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of your orders shipping date and we'll make it right.
If it's our mistake, we'll make it right, no questions asked.
If it's your mistake (wrong size, address, etc.), we'll accept an exchange/refund, though we ask that you cover shipping costs.
Inventory
Sometimes we sell out of a certain item before our online system catches up. In cases like these we'll contact you and offer a refund or offer an ETA on the re-order.
